We are always looking for opportunities to extend our reach into the community.  Having specific projects with dedicated workers has been a successful way to achieve that.

We have Victory Garden, which has progressed through many phases and rhythms depending on people and funding resources. It is now under the direction of Victory Primary School through their programmes.

Keep Victory Safe has formally finished – a two year project supported by two key workers.  This project continues as a network of various Victory organisations and professionals who are keen to keep the mahi (purpose) alive.

Keep Kids Warm and Active is a community member initiated project which supports families by providing heating and clothing, and subsidies for enrolling in activities which otherwise wouldn’t be afforded.
